 I'm Thankful Placemat

Holidays are a BIG deal in our family. With a military spouse, we make the most of the holidays we get to spend together. A big part of our traditions is making crafts that we can use each year.

The girls made a fantastic AND fun “I’m Thankful For..” placemat that can be used for  a few years.  It was simple, easy and no mess.

Supplies:

  • Construction paperPaper
  • Leave templates (great ones available at JessGordonDesigns.com)Leaves
  • Crayons/markers/etc.get-attachmentq
  • Laminating Sheets/Laminatorlaminating sheets

Steps:

  1. Gather supplies
  2. Print and cut out leaf templates
  3. Write name, year and “I’m Thankful For..” at the top of paper
  4. Have children write or draw what they are thankful for on the leaves
  5. Glue leaves onto paper
  6. Laminate the placemat
  7. Enjoy!I'm Thankful Placemat
